Hogan Hardwoods
International imports Afrormosia directly from sawmills
in Ghana, |
|
Cameroun, and Zaire.
Afrormosia is often termed African Teak. After the wood has been
surfaced or moulded for some time, it resembles Teak ... changing from a yellow color to a
warm brown with exposure to air and light. Afrormosia is a very durable wood.
Carbide-tipped cutting tooling are recommended. |
