Our mill operates a variety of
moulders, producing small screen moulds to reproducing large,
intricate mouldings for the French Quarter in New Orleans. Hogan's
in-house and field sales representatives are always available to
respond to your particular mould requirements quickly and
efficiently with pricing and lead times. |

All Profiles illustrated on this
site are from knives available in Hogan Hardwoods custom moulding
knife library. There is not a knife charge when using these
profiles. Call for custom knife charges for custom profiles. |

|
Setup charges vary with quantity
required and complexity of moulder set-up. There is not a set-up
charge on quantities over 750 lineal feet of one profile. |

Lengths of Custom Moulding |
|
|
When ordering custom mouldings,
lengths should always be a consideration. Normally specified
lengths will require and up-charge and are available as stock
permits. Please make sure you allow enough footage to cover your
trim waste when ordering. RANDOM LENGTHS WILL BE SHIPPED ON ALL
ORDERS WITHOUT A LENGTH SPECIFICATION. |

Hit-or-Miss
surfacing (HorM): Surfacing lumber thicker than standard
Surfaced Thickness, i.e., S2S 15/16" HorM. This is not a
complete job of surfacing and leaves rough areas of both
faces of the board. |
NOTE:
Quarter And Rift Sawn Lumber Shrinks Twice As Much in Thickness As
Plain Sawn Lumber. For This Reason, Quarter And Rift Sawn
Lumber Require A Thinner Surfaced Thickness. |
