Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding owns and operates two state-of-the-art moulding facilities. Both are new and located in Little Rock, AR and Ruston, LA. We have implemented the use of a computer software package for scheduling and organizing our tool rooms. The new computer software includes a CAD program and once the profiles are drawn, saves them by customer and produces the templates for grinding the knives. We have over 8,000 profiles in our library of moulder knives

All of our profile mouldings have power infeed and outfeed equipment that maximizes efficiency and improves quality. At the completion of each run, you will have a piece tally attached to each bundle and a quality assurance card from the moulder operator. The last step in the moulding manufacturing  process is the bundles of moulding are shrink wrapped on all four sides to ensure safe, damage-free materials.

Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding DAILY capacity is over 200,000 lineal feet of short-run orders. Long-run moulding orders are easily manufactured to meet our customers' required delivery schedules.

Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding has a 12" moulder dedicated exclusively to the manufacturing of 1" x 12" x S4S Hardwoods and Cypress. As widths permit, all of the hardwoods we stock can be moulded into a 1" x 12" S4S product.
